Makino Dori is a beautiful street newly created in Minamiuonuma City, known as one of the snowiest areas in Japan, with the aim of "creating a town that makes use of the history and culture of the snow country.

Under the title of "Minamiuonuma White City Night," Muikamachi Ekimae-dori Shopping Arcade will be decorated with illumination.
